2SK series two-stage water ring vacuum pump
The 2SK series of water ring vacuum pumps is essentially two SK series water ring vacuum pumps used together in a series. Due to the limitations of the SK series water ring vacuum pump, which can only achieve a vacuum degree of -700mmHg, the 2SK series vacuum pump was developed in China in the 1980s to achieve higher vacuum levels and higher pumping rates under high vacuum conditions. However, with the introduction of the new energy-saving products from the 2BV and 2BE1 series, the 2SK series will gradually be replaced in many situations. While the 2SK-P1 series two-stage water ring vacuum pump atmospheric jet pump unit primarily operates under absolute pressures of 10-50mmHg, its efficiency in the high vacuum range is not optimal. For long-term operations in this range, it is recommended to select a Roots+water ring vacuum unit to achieve the best air extraction efficiency.
Key features:
In the high vacuum range, this vacuum pump offers superior vacuum levels and faster pumping speeds compared to the SK series single-stage water ring vacuum pump.
The shaft power required for the same pumping rate is higher than that of the 2BV and 2BE1 series.
Due to its double impeller structure, the manufacturing and maintenance of this pump are relatively complex, and it contains several delicate components.
