Product Overview
The 2SK water ring vacuum pump or unit is used to extract air or other gases that are insoluble in water, do not contain solid particles, and do not corrode, in order to form a certain degree of vacuum in a closed container. It is suitable for industrial sectors such as light textile, food, metallurgy, and chemical industry to use in vacuum evaporation, vacuum concentration, vacuum regain, vacuum drying, vacuum smelting and other process processes.
Working principle of 2SK series two-stage water ring vacuum pump
The 2SK series water ring vacuum pump is a two-stage, single acting water ring vacuum pump that utilizes the non concentric installation structure of the pump casing and impeller. When the impeller rotates, it forms an eccentric water ring with the impeller. The water filled between the blades continuously moves back and forth with the rotation of the impeller, changing the volume in the middle of the blades. With the corresponding coordination of the fixed intake and exhaust ports, the suction, compression, and exhaust functions are completed. The dual stage function is to suck in the gas discharged from the first stage exhaust port by the second stage intake port, and then compress and discharge it through the second stage.
